Corrections Policy

Sweepstakes casinos change fast. Bonuses rotate, redemption rules get tweaked, state availability shifts, and sometimes a platform quietly updates its terms without making a big announcement. Because of that, we treat accuracy as an ongoing job — not a one-time thing.

This page explains how we handle mistakes and updates, and how you can contact us if you spot something that looks wrong.

What we correct (and what counts as an “error”)

If something on our site is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or missing important context, we consider it correction-worthy.

Common examples include:

  • bonus details that no longer match what the casino offers
  • redemption requirements or timing that changed
  • updated restrictions (states where play is limited or not available)
  • payment methods or support channels that were removed/added
  • broken links (including the casino website link)
  • factual mistakes about ownership, licensing claims, or terms wording

We also correct smaller issues (typos, unclear phrasing) when they could confuse readers — even if the “main idea” is still true.

How to request a correction

If you notice something off, please contact us through our Contact page:

To help us verify quickly, include:

  • the page URL
  • what you believe is wrong
  • what you believe is correct (and where you saw it, if possible)
  • screenshots or links are helpful, but not required

What happens after you report an issue

When we receive a correction request, we typically do this:

  1. Verify the claim using the casino’s official info (terms page, redemption page, support responses) and our own testing where possible.
  2. Update the content if the claim checks out.
  3. Note the change by updating the page’s “Updated” date (and we may add a short note inside the relevant section if the change is significant).

If we can’t verify something confidently, we won’t present it as fact. In those cases, we either:

  • remove the claim, or
  • rewrite it to clearly state what we do and don’t know.

Updates vs corrections (what’s the difference?)

  • A correction is when something we published was wrong or misleading.
  • An update is when the casino changed something after we published (like bonuses, restricted states, redemption steps).

Both matter to players, so we treat both seriously. Either way, the goal is the same: keep the page accurate.

How we handle ratings when things change

If a platform changes in a way that affects the player experience — especially around redemption, bonus value, restrictions, or support — we may adjust the rating.

We don’t “lock” ratings permanently. Sweepstakes casinos evolve, and our scores should reflect real conditions, not old snapshots.

Affiliate relationships and corrections

Some pages contain affiliate links. That does not change how we handle corrections.

If a partner provides information that conflicts with what’s publicly shown in their terms or what we see in real use, we’ll rely on:

  • official terms/rules pages,
  • direct platform behavior,
  • and documented user-facing information.

Accuracy comes first.

Our goal

The goal isn’t to look perfect. The goal is to be honest, clear, and correct — and to fix things quickly when they change.

If you spot something that needs attention, we appreciate it.
